Ohayo gozaimasu!


Saya dan hubby memang peminat makanan Jupun yang sangat. Sushi ka, tepanyaki ka, teriyaki ka, unagi ka, semuanya kami sental. Yummy! So, semalam atas permintaan hubby kecintaan ku itu saya telah sediakan menu berbuka ala-ala Japanese. It is my first time cooking this tapi Hubby kata 'sedap jugak for first timer'. Yeay! siap simpan lagi for sahur, pastu dia makan nasi bertambah pula waktu sahur tadi. Juz rupabentuk je tak serupa teriyaki yang selalu di makan tu. Hahaha. Tak kisahla, janji sedap kan?

Senang gila je sebenarnya nak masak masakan Jepun ni. So, Nak share resepi berbuka semalam boleh? Bagi yang meminati makanan Jepun harap enjoy, yang tak minat tu harap maaf ye, takut kembang tekak pula nanti*wink*wink*.


Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:
300g deboned chicken thighs (isi ayam ni saya potong kecik-kecik)
1 tbsp sake (tukar dengan cuka biasa)
4 tbsp soya sauce
4-5 tbsp mirin (letak 2 sb sos plum + 2 sb. sos tiram - tapi sebab takde sos plum saya ganti dengan BBQ sauce sesudu)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method:
In a bowl, put in sake, soya sauce, mirin and sugar. Mix well and marinate the chicken in it for about 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan, brown both sides of the chicken thighs and leave until cooked.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce that was used to marinate chicken in the pan and continue to cook until the chicken has glazed and covered the chicken.
Remove the pan from heat, serve on a plate and drizzle any remaining sauce from the frying pan.
Serve the teriyaki chicken with boiled rice or salad leaves.

Kalau takmo makan dengan salad tu, bole buat sayur goreng taugeh yang macam tepanyaki tu. I think it will make a great match kot. I think la. Huhu.

harinie menu asam pedas ikan tenggiri n sambal goreng kentang ja kot.arap2 la sedap.hihi :)
plus kueh mueh jika rajin hubby saya kuar mencari.
